Hilary Harris | Founding Partner
In 2005, Hilary Harris founded ExecConnect, a talent acquisition firm that is rooted in the understanding that a company grows best when the team is well-vetted, appropriately placed and happy in their role. Hilary's tenacity, insight, and dedication make her a driving force in shaping successful organizations by connecting the right talent with the right opportunities. She works closely with CEOs, executive teams, and hiring managers to design and own the often tedious recruitment process. Hilary is a hands-on, full-lifecycle talent acquisition specialist with a profound understanding and appreciation for the unique needs of people and the companies who hire them. Prior to founding ExecConnect Hilary had a successful sales and marketing career including her involvement with cutting-edge, innovative products. like Echelon where she also gained experience navigating the intricate landscape of a pre- and post-IPO environment. She has worked extensively with Silicon Valley start-ups, as well as more mature organizations and has expertise in how to hire for various stage companies,
Hilary is a proud graduate of Stanford University, where she earned her degree in Human Biology. She is always ready to make meaningful connections and assist people in finding their dream job while helping companies grow their businesses from the inside out – with the right organizational structure and high performing teams.
Soli Zadeh | Executive Recruiting Director
Soli Zadeh is a results-driven professional with a career spanning operations, project management, organizational, and business development. She has a wide range of experience within healthcare, technology, and advisory firms, where she has made significant contributions to driving success and fostering innovation.
Soli currently serves as an advisor for a number of startups and hosts health accelerators at the Digital Health Hub Foundation, playing a pivotal role in cultivating the next generation of industry disruptors. She also offers operational support within the EP3 Foundation with its mission of effecting positive change through the transformative power of technology.
Having a deep network, Soli helps companies build teams from highly curated candidates who are navigating career transitions or may be interested in new and exciting opportunities. She is committed to connecting quality companies with driven, aligned candidates, driving mutual growth and success.
Soli holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB).
Michele Bell | GTM Placement Specialist, Executive Health & Performance Coach
Michele is a senior go-to-market leader who has spent most of her career in digital health and wellness. Michele has hired for and led sales, marketing and client success teams of all sizes. She has deep experience supporting early stage start-ups in Silicon Valley as well as building large, frontline teams. Given her expertise she is able to identify needs within current GTM teams and advises companies how to hire for most effective growth initiatives depending on their current stage and resources.
In addition to her business expertise, Michele is a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Duke-certified Integrative Health Coach. She works with senior executives and frontline sales teams on how to balance their wellbeing while maintaining the high performance often expected of them. With great expectations comes great stress and finding balance to excel in taking care of one's health, while taking care of company growth, takes strategy, accountability and support.
