We also take time to interview multiple key stakeholders to establish their personal vision for the role and understand company culture and values. We look ahead at future team structure to find the best candidate not only for current needs but for future state as well.

Once our partners and your team are in agreement and recommendations have been discussed our talent matching services are initiated.  Only well-matched candidates are introduced followed by a focused and timely interview process with your company.

We continue to support our clients throughout the entire lifecycle of the candidate search and will schedule regular calls for updates, necessary pivots or anything else needed to ensure an exceptional hire.  Once placed there is a structured 90-day follow up schedule with the candidate and the hiring team.  As an established client the ExecConnect will keep our connection long-term as we value our relationships as core to our mission.

To support your team long-term we also offer a highly personalized Health and Performance Coaching program for executives to excel in both healthy behaviors and company growth. With high expectations comes high stress. This 12-week  program is delivered by a National Board Certified Coach with extensive experience offering structured support to enhance the personal and professional well-being of top executives and front line sales teams.
